We deliver all over Australia and worldwide.  Our normal carrier is Australia Post however we may use other carriers depending on your needs and the availability of options.  We give you the choice of regular post or express post.

Postage costs vary depending on the type of product ordered.  We charge a flat rate for shipping by product type across Australia and give the option of regular or express post.  Our rates are:

  • Decals: $7.60 regular post / $10.35 express post
  • Wallpaper and murals: $14.40 regular post / $20.25 express post
  • Name labels: $4.90 regular post / $6.10 express post
  • Samples: Free shipping

We ship to all international countries and rates vary depending on the shipping zone.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once a country has been specified, prior to making payment.

Our products are printed to order to ensure we are able to make the product according to your exact specifications. All of our products are printed and despatched within 4 business days. Shipping time is in addition to this and will vary depending on the delivery location. The below table provides a guide on how long it will take to after placing your order until you receive your goods.

When your order is first submitted you will receive an email from us with your invoice.  We will send you another email as your order progresses through our system, and when your order is shipped.

If you would like to track the progress of your order click, you will need to log in to our site, and this will allow you to see the exact status of your order in our production process.

For Australia Post shipping, you will also receive details from them on how to track your order through their shipping service.

If you believe your product has been lost during shipping please notify us and we will help you investigate the issue.  Should the product have been lost during shipping, this is actually not our responsibility, however we will try to rectify the situation as best as we can.

Please be aware most carriers will not leave a parcel unattended.  In most cases a calling card will be left for you to pick-up at a nearby location or provide an option for redelivery.
