Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully as ticking the box at Checkout will mean you agree to them. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Please be aware that newly painted walls require at least 14 days to outgas before our products can be applied.

Orders are dispatched within 6 business days from date of payment and/or approving art (custom designs).

Delivery time will depending on which carrier and service you choose.

If our products are faulty or not as described we will replace, refund or repair your order depending on the extent of the problem.

We will  exchange your product due to change your mind if within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot exchange or refund any products that are custom coloured (you chose one or many colours).  For change of mind, shipping costs will be at your expense.

Custom products that have no quality-related issues cannot be returned or refunded.  See our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

Our products are suitable for any walls, however we cannot guarantee on the preparation or paint work, and how your walls react to our products.

Colours may vary on-screen to products received. Please order a colour chart as refunds will not be granted.

Due to our manufacturing process, products purchased at different times may not match in colour. This includes wallpaper samples and wallpaper products.

Please be wary of local import charges as these extra charges are out of our control. Check possible charges here.
