Terms and Conditions

  • Stockists must have a bricks and mortar store. We do not stock online-only stores.
  • Access 50% off our full range of removable wall decals
  • Removable wallpapers and murals can be purchased for 10% off – great for decorating your store, and can be stored between seasons.
  • We print to order but aim to have your stock dispatched within 6-10 business days from your order date. We will notify you of any delays.
  • Shipping prices vary according to your location. We use Australia Post for Australia-wide and overseas orders.  We can drop ship directly to your customers.
  • There are no MOQ’s as we print to order but to speed up the service, it is advisable to have some stock on hand for your customers.
  • You can check the order of your status or quickly reorder past products via the My Account page you see at login.
  • We can drop ship to your customers, just enter their shipping details into the order.

Information About Placing Your Order

  • All pricing is seen at the retail price and you will be changed 50% of this price at Checkout.
  • There are no MOQ as we print to order.
  • You will be given a couple of shipping choices. We can drop ship directly to your customers.
  • Choose your payment type as “On Terms” so that we can process the order straight away and dispatch it within 5 business days. We will invoice you mid month.
  • We normally send products in separate tubes but we can send them all together if you prefer? This doesn’t generally affect shipping pricing.
IMPORTANT: we have different versions of our wall sticker material for different wall types. You will be asked this at Checkout. Other retailers may choose a mix for their in-store stock so customers can choose the right one – just write in the Notes something like; Magical Balloons: 3 for flat white walls and 1 for textured walls, for example.
