I need to move my wall stickers or wallpaper, how do I do that?

Renovating? Moving house? Or just moving rooms?  Moving and storing your Wall Sticker Company products from one place to somewhere else is easy with these ideas.

If you haven’t kept your tube and backing paper as we recommend, you can purchase more backing paper from here. You will need the backing paper and tube for wallpapers. Place the pieces on the backing paper and they can be rolled up inwards and stored in the tube with the ends secured in a dry place.  They can stay like this for years.

If you are trying to move wall stickers, baking paper does the job. Alternatively you could use a flat surafce like an internal cupboard door, or a mirror. Temporarily stick your decal there during the move – as long as it will be protected to some degree.

For cut out text and intricate designs that were applied with using a top layer, relocating them will be challenging. They will remove from the wall easily, but getting them to align on the next wall is difficult.  You can use masking tape to pick up the design off the wall.  But use the blue, low tac one. Lay a few strips across the design on the wall, then with a friend, attempt to peel the masking tape strips off in one go, picking up the decals as well.  The alternative is to remove each piece or letter, one by one, you can place it on backing paper or baking paper as above, and then reapply each piece.  Again use masking tape one the new wall to create a level line if needed.
