I don't have a Paypal account but I want to pay by credit card

If you would like to pay via credit card, please choose the PayPal option at the Checkout.
You will then be transferred to the PayPal payment page; click on the link to pay via credit card instead of logging into a Pay Pal account. You will then be taken to a page to enter your credit card details.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

If you have a gift voucher which you would like to use to pay for your order, when you place your order, simply choose the "cheque/money order" option for your payment type. Then, in the Comments section, please write the voucher number (found on the voucher).
You will then receive an email asking you for payment - just ignore this.
If the value of your order is more than your voucher amount, please write in the comments section how you would like to pay for the extra amount in the Comments section; credit card (PayPal), bank transfer, or cheque/money order).
We will then be in contact with you to make arrangements.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do post overseas. Orders will be posted using Australia Post Air Mail.
1 - 4 items delivered to New Zealand is $11 for basic Air Mail and $16 for Registered Air Mail.
For all other countries, please email us at info@thewallstickercompany.com and tell us your address and order details, and we will be in touch.

When will I receive my order?

When you place an order with The Wall Sticker Company, it can take up to 3 weeks for you to receive your order. This is because we offer colour choice and so all our products are made to order.
As a rough guide, you will receive your order from 17 to 21 days after making payment.

You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched from our factory.
We understand that your order may be for a gift and you may need it earlier or asap and you need reassurance that it will be delivered on time. We suggest you pay using Paypal (credit card) and select Express Post.
When you order, please email us with the date that you need your order to arrive by, and we will let you know if this is possible.
If you order a Gift Voucher or an item from our Sale products, we can dispatch your order sooner if required.


Why does it take 3 weeks to get my order?

We manufacture our wall stickers ourselves in Melbourne, and we make them to order. OUr wall stickers need 3 weeks to be set up and printed, dried and then packed.
We are committed to reducing this lead time and producing our product in Australia.
Please let us know if you have a date you need your products by and we can often meet earlier deadlines.

Can I get some help to choose the colours?

Sometimes it’s hard to choose colour combinations; computer monitors do vary so it can be difficult to get a good idea of actual colours too.
Try printing out the Colour Chart to see if that helps.
Alternatively please email us at info@thewallstickercompany.com.au with your questions.
If you need to see a sample of the colours, simply email warehouse@thewallstickercompany.com.au and let us know your name, address and the colours you would like and within 7 business days you will receive the sample.
If a perfect colour match is required, we are happy to do this too. Provide us with with PMS colour, or send us an actual sample of the colour/s (paint swatch, fabric etc).
If you need to send a sample to us, let us know that you require colour matching in the "Comments" box with your order, and we will contact you to make arrangements.

How much is postage?

All our parcels are sent by Australia Post which includes up to $50 insurance.
Basic postage is $6. If no-one is home on the day of delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place (hidden, sheltered) or it will be taken to the nearest LPO and a note left in your mailbox.
We recommend using Registered Post if your order is valued at over $50 or if it is due by a certain date ie for a gift. Then, if you are not home to receive your delivery, a small card will be left in your mail box indicating the Post Office you need to go to to pick it up.
Registered Post is $8.50.
Express Post is $12 and is recommended if you need your order in under the 3 week lead time.

How are products packaged for mailing?

Your wall stickers will arrive in a bright green tube with white end caps. Your product will include instructions.
If it is for a gift, when you place your order you will be asked if your order is for a gift. If so, we will package it differently, with a nice label and the tube wrapped in brown paper.

How will I know that my order has been posted?

You will be notified by email on the day that your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If this period is prolonged for any reason, you will be informed immediately.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post. If you selected normal post, your parcel will be left in a safe place (under shelter and inconspicuous). If a good place cannot be found, the postman will take it to the nearest post office and leave a card in your mailbox.
If you selected Registered Post, if you are not home when it is delivered, a small card will be left in your letterbox letting you know the post office where it will be taken and wait until you pick it up in person.
If you would like it to be delivered directly to you, regardless of the possible extra waiting period, please request "person to person" in the comments section when you order, and we will make the arrangements.

My order hasn't arrived yet!

Our orders can arrive up to 3 weeks from the date we receive your payment.
It is possible that your orders is at your local post office. You can call them and check if it is there.
Please Contact Us immediately if it has been 3 weeks since the date you made payment and it is not at your local GPO.
