How do I enter The Room of the Month Competition

Once you have out up your design, you can take a high resolution photo and email it to us at info@thewallstickercompany.com.au.

Your photo will be submitted into our monthly competititon called "The Room of the Month" where we choose the best looking room using one of our designs or a custom design.

The winner wins a product of their choice and will be notified on the first of the month by email. Their room will appear in numerous places on our website, the Blog and Facebook, and possibly used for promotions and advertising.

It's great if you can write a comment to go with the photo, and a wide-angled shot is best.

(HINT; Try to create a feeling in the room.)

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes. We are passionate about reducing the impact of our products on the
Environment. We look for ways to reduce our carbon emisions and offset the remaining by purchasing trees.

How do we become a stockist of The Wall Sticker Company?

Send an email to sales@thewallstickercompany.com.au and tell us a bit about you and your store or business, such as where it is and what other product lines you stock.

What sort of business do you supply?

We are looking for homewares, gifts and childrens retailers.
We also supply interior designers and shop fitters, corporate gift companies and party plan businesses.
We don't currently supply online stores.

Do you have a catalogue?

The Wall Sticker Company produces an annual catalogue (hard copy) that we give to our stockists and other distributors. We can send an E Catalogue via email.
This website has the most up to date products and promotions.

Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?

We send an email out every month with our new designs and any promotions we are offering.
Simple go to the Contact Us page, and fill in your contact details.

What is your return policy?

If goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown (in person), or do not do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Please ensure you follow the instructions included.
Refunds/exchanges will only be considered if your order is returned within 14 days after receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in perfect condition to The Wall Sticker Company P.O. Box 1008 Hampton 3188 Victoria.
The Wall Sticker Company offer no shipping and handling credit on refunded merchandise.
All custom made products are final and may not be exchanged or refunded unless proven to be faulty.
